The analytics section shows detailed statistics of agent performance - number of users, requests, work time, and financial metrics.
How to access this section
- From agent list: click "Open" on agent card β "Analytics"
- Direct link:

Main features
Period switching
At the top of the page there's a month switcher:
- Left/right arrows - navigate between months
- Current month - displayed with comparison data from previous period
- Historical periods - shown without comparison (absolute values only)
Main metrics
The page displays 4 key metrics as cards:
-
Unique users π₯
- Number of different users who contacted the agent
-
Agent requests π¬
- Total number of requests to agent for the period
-
Work time β±οΈ
- Total execution time of all requests
- Displayed in human-readable format (minutes, hours)
-
Total cost π°
- Total expenses for agent operation for the period
- Includes cost of AI requests and processing
Comparison with previous period
For current month, each metric shows:
- Up arrow β - growth compared to previous month
- Down arrow β - decrease compared to previous month
- Change percentage - exact growth/decline value
Usage scenarios
Current activity analysis
- Open agent analytics
- Ensure current month is selected
- Study metrics with change indicators
- Pay attention to dynamics: is user count growing, are costs increasing
Historical data review
- Use arrows to navigate to desired month
- View absolute metric values
- Compare different periods to understand trends
Cost control
- Monitor "Total cost" metric
- Analyze ratio of request count to costs
- Pay attention to work time - longer agent thinking means higher costs
Interface states
Data loading
Animated placeholders (skeleton) are displayed instead of values during metric loading.
No data
If there's no activity for selected period:
- Metrics show zero values
- For current month, comparison may show 0%
Loading error
In case of technical problems, error message about data loading failure is displayed.
Metric interpretation
Healthy indicators
- Growing user count - agent is in demand
- Stable response time - agent works efficiently
- Proportional cost growth - expense increase matches activity growth
Warning signs
- Sharp increase in work time without user growth - agent may have become slower
- Disproportionate cost growth - possibly AI settings changed or request prices increased
- User count decline - should check agent functionality
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't comparison shown?
Comparison is displayed only for current month. Historical periods show absolute values only.
How is work time calculated?
Work time includes all request processing stages: analysis, knowledge base search, response generation.
Why might metrics be zero?
- Agent received no requests for selected period
- Agent was created after selected date
- Technical data loading issues
Can I export data?
Analytics data export is not supported in current version.
