What this section is for

The "Agents" section allows you to create, configure, and manage AI agents — smart assistants that communicate with users through various platforms (website, Telegram, Discord, and others).

How to access this section

  • Through menu: Sidebar menu → "My agents"
  • Direct link: /agents

Agent list

What you see on the list page

When entering the section, a list of all created agents is displayed as cards. Each card contains:

  • Agent icon — visual identifier
  • Agent name — main name for identification
  • "Open" button — opens agent in new tab for testing
  • Settings button (⚙️) — quick access to agent settings

List actions

  • Click on card — go to agent dashboard with analytics
  • "Open" button — opens chat with agent in new tab
  • Settings button — go to agent settings

If no agents exist

When there are no agents, a template grid is displayed for quick creation of the first agent.

Creating a new agent

Method 1: Through "Create New Agent" button

  1. Click the button "+ Create New Agent" in the top right corner of the list page
  2. Modal window opens with agent template selection

Step 1: Template selection

The modal window displays available agent templates. Each template is optimized for specific tasks:

  • Different agent types — for support, sales, FAQ, consultations

  • Icon and description — help choose appropriate template

Step 2: Basic agent settings

After selecting a template, a form opens with fields:

    • Used for identification in list
    • Recommended: short and clear name

  • Platforms (Platforms)

    • Web platform enabled by default
    • Additional platforms configured after creation

Step 3: AI settings

In the second step of the wizard, artificial intelligence parameters are configured. The set of settings depends on the selected template and agent type:

General settings (for all types):

  • AI model — language model selection (GPT-4, GPT-3.5, Claude, etc.)
  • System prompt — instructions for agent about its role and behavior
  • Temperature — creativity level of responses (0.0 - 1.0)

Additional settings (depend on agent type):

  • Knowledge bases — for agents with document search (FAQ, support)
  • Tools — for agents with extended capabilities
  • Search parameters — for agents working with knowledge bases
  • Specific settings — unique to each template

The specific set of settings is determined by the selected agent template.
