Step-by-step guide to getting started with Flutch  from registration to launching your first agent.

What you'll achieve

  •  Register your company in Flutch

Step 1: Company Registration

Creating an Account

  1. Go to the Flutch management console
  2. Click "Sign Up"
  3. Fill out the registration form:
    • Email  your work email
    • Password  minimum 8 characters
  4. Click "Create Account"

Email Confirmation

  1. Check your email and find the message from Flutch
  2. Copy the email confirmation code
  3. Paste the code into the form to complete registration

Creating a Company

  1. After login, the system will prompt you to create a company
  2. Enter your company name
  3. Click "Create Company"

=� Done! You're now in the Flutch management console and ready for the next step.

Step 2: Creating Your First Agent

Creating the Agent

  1. In the left menu, click "Agents"
  2. Click "+ Create Agent"
  3. Fill in the basic information:
    • Name: "My First Agent"
    • Visibility Level: Private (for testing)
    • Icon: you can paste an icon link or choose from the iconify catalog
  4. Click "Next"
  5. Modify the default agent settings if needed
  6. Click "Create Agent"

<� Done! Your first agent is created and ready for testing.

Step 3: Testing Your Agent

Starting a Test Chat

  1. In the top right corner, click "Open Agent"
  2. A new tab will open with your agent's chat interface
  3. You'll see the communication interface with your agent

Test Questions

Try asking a few questions:

  1. "Hello! Who are you?"  check introduction
  2. "What can you do?"  check capability description

What to Check

 Agent responds in the assigned role
 Communication style matches the prompt
 Answers are logical and coherent
 No technical errors

If Something Isn't Working

Agent doesn't respond:

  • Check your balance in billing
  • Make sure the agent is created and saved
  • Try refreshing the chat page

Strange responses:

  • Return to agent settings
  • Clarify the system prompt
  • Check the selected AI model

For active usage, top up your balance  the platform works on a pay-as-you-go model.

Improve Your Agent

  1. Configure AI  choose the best model, add tools
  2. Set limits  control usage and costs
  3. Connect platforms  make your agent available on Telegram

Create a Knowledge Base

For FAQ and technical support:

  1. Create a knowledge base with your documents
  2. Change the agent type to "Self RAG"
  3. Connect knowledge bases to the agent

Publish Your Agent

When your agent is ready:

  1. Change visibility to "Corporate" or "Public"
  2. Add a welcome message and basic agent information
  3. Share the link with users

Can I change agent settings?

Yes, all settings can be changed at any time: system prompt, AI model, name, icon, visibility, limits, and even agent type.

How do I view analytics?

  1. Open the agent page
  2. Go to the "Dashboard" tab
  3. View message count, users, and costs
